Bone Marrow Cleansing, Parts I and II

The ancient Art of Bone Marrow Cleansing has been closely guarded and treasured for centuries. It is known for its effectiveness in enriching health, overcoming chronic pain and incurable illnesses as well as providing an abundance of energy, mental clarity and spiritual freedom.

Part I – covers the first three levels of cleansing – skin, tissue and meridians (energy pathways). At the skin level, practitioners will gain a fresh and healthy appearance as well as strengthen their immune system. At the tissue level, they will be charged with energy for peak performance in work and everyday life. The meridian level allows practitioners to overcome any chronic pain or illness.

Part II – covers the two highest levels – internal organs and bone marrow. The internal organ level clears away any negative emotions and mental impulses that are locked deep inside internal organs. These often affect our lives insidiously. Cleansing internal organs results in vitality and longevity. At the highest level, the nervous system and the brain are cleansed to provide mental clarity, freshness of mind and immense spiritual freedom. At this level, many practitioners experience expanding into the Cosmos.

Submerged Breathing

Although typically Submerged Breathing is taught as the second step in the Small Universe, an advanced Chi Kung art, this is the first time Grandmaster Wong will teach it as a separate course. When practiced on its own, students experience a child-like state free of anxiety, a feeling of immense tranquility and bliss. This is also an excellent exercise for those who wish to enhance their intellect, general vitality and even sexual performance.

One-Finger Shooting Zen

But you do not need be a Shaolin Kungfu practitioner to appreciate the tremendous benefits of this art. Having a lot of energy and mental clarity will enhance every aspect of daily life.

Art of Thousand Steps

The Art of Thousand Steps is considered qinggong, or the art of lightness. Special breathing techniques and energy regulating skills enable students to run for a long distance without feeling tired or out of breath, irrespective of their pace. Training the Art of Thousand Steps is not only for avid runners but for anyone who wishes to perform any activity, physical or mental, without feeling tired and without panting for breath.
